The Disability Information & Resource Centre (DIRC) provides an electronic Bulletin Board System (BBS) called COMMON GROUND. It collects and disseminates information on all aspects of disability by providing a place for debate and advocacy on relevant issues. It is a forum to: help, educate, inform and empower people with disabilities, their families, carers and friends.
